Yes, with our partner SCALAPAY IP, which allows you to pay in three (3) interest-free instalments with your bank card for orders from €5 up to €1,500.

This three-installment, interest-free payment service is reserved for natural persons of legal age residing in mainland France, holding a "CB", VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX bank card issued in France and valid for more than three (3) months.

If your payment has been declined, here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the problem:

1. Check your information: Make sure you have entered your credit card or payment details correctly.
2. Check your banking application: Some transactions may be subject to validation on your banking application.
3. Use another payment method: If the problem persists, consider using another payment method, such as another credit card or Paypal. You can also opt to pay by bank transfer, by contacting our customer service department.

If you have not received an order confirmation email after completing your online purchase, please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

2. Wait a while: Sometimes there can be a slight delay between the time you place your order and the time you receive the confirmation e-mail.

14 days! This withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you take physical possession of the product(s). If the products ordered together are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you take physical possession of the last product.
