Use Products

Luxéol dietary supplements and cosmetics in the Growth range are not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Yes, the products are suitable for both men and women.
With the exception of the Luxéol solar dietary supplement, Luxéol products are not recommended for post-menopausal women.
NB: It is nevertheless advisable to consult a doctor if you have any doubts about your state of health.
Food supplements are intended for people in good health. Some Luxéol products contain allergens such as gluten, shellfish or fish. Be sure to read the list of ingredients on the product data sheet, as this information is shown in bold.

Some Luxéol dietary supplements are not recommended for specific populations, such as people undergoing anti-diabetic treatment, people with chronic illnesses, people on anticoagulants or taking medication, pregnant or breast-feeding women.

If your payment has been declined, here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the problem:

If you have not received an order confirmation email after completing your online purchase, please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

Check your spam or junk mail folder: Sometimes, confirmation e-mails may be automatically filtered into these folders by your e-mail provider. Check these folders carefully to ensure that the confirmation e-mail has not been moved there by mistake.

Wait a while: Sometimes there may be a slight delay between the time you place your order and the time you receive the confirmation e-mail. Please wait a few minutes to an hour to see if the e-mail arrives. During periods of high demand or in the event of technical problems, e-mails may take a little longer to be delivered.

You have the right to withdraw from your product(s) purchase contract within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you took physical possession of the product(s).

The length of time your parcel is held at the point relais may vary according to the specific policies of each point relais and the carrier used. In general, parcels are held at the point relais for a period of 5 to 10 working days from the date of arrival of the parcel at the point relais. However, it is important to note that this period may vary from one relay point to another.

We recommend that you consult the information provided by the carrier or contact the relay point directly for information on how long your parcel will be held. Some points relay may also offer options to extend the retention period for an additional fee.

It is advisable to collect your parcel as soon as possible to avoid any risk of return or additional storage costs. If you are unable to reach the relay point within the specified time, it is advisable to contact the relay point or the carrier to discuss alternative solutions or the possibility of extending the storage period.
If your parcel has exceeded its retention time at a relay point, you can take the following steps:

Contact our customer service department: Start by contacting the customer service department of the delivery or transport company responsible for your parcel. They will be able to provide you with information on the current location of your parcel and advise you on the next steps.

Check the commercial policy of the relay point: Consult the commercial policy of the specific relay point where your parcel is held. Some points may keep parcels for longer than the period initially agreed, while others may return them to sender after a set period.

Collect your parcel as soon as possible: If your parcel is still available at the relay point, make sure you collect it as soon as possible. Plan a visit to the point relais during opening hours and bring valid identification and all relevant information about your parcel, such as the tracking number or delivery note.

Request an extension: If you are unable to collect your parcel immediately, you can contact the relay point or delivery company to request an extension of the period for which your parcel will be held. Some companies may be flexible and allow you to collect your parcel after the initial deadline, but this will depend on their internal policies.

Contact our customer service department: If you are having difficulty resolving the problem with the delivery company or relay point, you can contact our customer service department so that they can contact the delivery company to help you resolve the problem or arrange a new delivery.

It is important to react quickly if your parcel has exceeded its retention period at a relay point, to avoid it being returned to sender.
In the event of late delivery in relation to the date initially set, you must inform our customer service department as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone to enable us to investigate with the carrier and improve the quality of the delivery service.

A carrier investigation may take up to twenty-one (21) working days. If the product is found during this period, it will be immediately redirected to the place of delivery indicated on the order form, but this period may not exceed thirty (30) days from the delivery date initially scheduled.
All Luxéol products are guaranteed "satisfied or reimbursed".
To benefit from this guarantee, please check that you meet the conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If this is the case, you can request a refund by following the procedure set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once we have validated the request to exercise the "satisfied or reimbursed" commercial guarantee, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the sums received for the products for which the guarantee is being exercised (including delivery costs, where applicable), no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of validation of the request to exercise the commercial guarantee.

We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment that you used to pay for the initial order, unless you expressly agree to use another means of payment.

We may defer reimbursement until we have received the empty product box(es) or until you have provided us with proof of shipment of the empty product box(es), whichever comes first.
